My son & I were comfortable in our stay at # 8. All of the appliances worked, however, the dining accessories supplied were a bit
Spartan. Had to wash plates & cups after ea. meal. The master BR is in need of a bench or chair or luggage stand so your suitcase
doesn't have to be put on the bed every time you open it. Jan Hill was very forthcoming with all pre-arrival information that was requested.
We couldn't be happier with our rental. We found it clean, comfortable and having everything we could possibly need for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and everyone is very friendly. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and attractions.
I take my dogs everyday for a walk around the various neighborhoods and the area is so well kept and people so friendly that they have started to recognize me and stop to talk. We feel like it is a home.
Jan has been so accommodating with us and went out of her way when we needed to change our reservations. I know definitely that I will be back and would recommend her and to anyone I knew.
Everything was as described. I felt at home quickly. Convenient to the theme parks and the beach I look forward to staying in the future; possibly as soon as this summer. The owner Jan was a pleasure to deal with!
We were very happy with the location, close to grocery shopping and a small mall with shows. Area is very family oriented, townhouse was very well maintained and updated, Jan the owner was very accommodating would highly recommend her properties.
The first time we relocated to Florida we stayed in an Extended Stay Hotel for two months until we bought our house. When we found out we were being relocated back to Florida we started dreading the lifestyle of Extended Stay hotel living while we waited the 3 months for our tenants to move out of our home. Finding Jan and her fully furnished townhouse was a life saver. It was exactly what we were hoping for, a home away from home. We found the townhouse clean and in good condition, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the house, 2 full bedrooms with their own balconies and bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a screen in porch. Jan herself was awesome and very attentive when we has needs or questions. We would definitely recommend Jan and her townhouses. If the need arises for another stay in Titusville, Jan is the first person we would call! Thanks Jan.
We needed a place to stay for a few months after I started a new job in the area. I was quite hesitant to rent a place sight unseen (We were living in Atlanta at the time) but we decided to take a chance. When we arrived and opened the door we were both floored. The place was gorgeous, spotless, beautifully furnished and had a stunning view of the golf course. The furniture was comfortable, as were the beds, and everything we needed was there. After touring the house, we even discovered it was almost an exact replica of the first home we bought several years earlier but with a few added touches such as a screened in porch and balconies off each bedroom. We have two small dogs which the owner Janis (or Jan) graciously allowed. That can be hard to find in a rental this nice.
Jan is the most pleasant and accomodating landlord to work with. She makes you feel as though you've been life long friends right from the start and is very responsive to any questions or needs you may have. She has been an absolute dream to deal with.
There are numerous attractions in the area so you will never find yourself bored.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a short or long term rental. I simply can't say enough good things about it.
