Located in the heart of La Mancha, in the town of Camuñas (Toledo), is this Casona of the early twentieth century, cataloged "Architectural Heritage of Historical Artistic Interest".
Built in 1930, it is a large house with a rectangular floor plan, two stories high and an annexed tower.
Completely restored in 2013 for its future as a rural house, it maintains most of its original architectural elements combined with current comfort, always betting on renewable energies.
The first floor is adapted for people with reduced mobility. It consists of four fully furnished bedrooms: two of them with double beds, another with two single beds and the last one with two articulated single beds suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It also has living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker ...) and two bathrooms, one of them also adapted for people with reduced mobility. All rooms are exterior.
The plant has hot / cold pumps and a pellet stove that heats all the radiators of the same. It is accessed through a patio of 90 m2 available to guests.
The second floor has underfloor heating, which heats and cools all rooms. It consists of four fully furnished bedrooms: two of them with double beds, another with two single beds and the last with three single beds.
There are also two bathrooms, one of which is a whirlpool tub for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the lower floor, and there is a large living room connected to a magnificent tower from where you can enjoy the views of La Mancha and the end of the Montes de Toledo. Of course, it also has a patio where a barbecue is at the service of the guests.
Both floors can be rented separately and include bed and bath linen included. In addition, there are available to guests: hairdryers, washing machine, ironing board and garage for several cars. And, of course, free Wifi.
