The large room includes:
- Lounge area equipped with a sofa bed 140 BZ
- Television (56cm)
- 2 coffee tables galore
Books and various indoor games, arrow words are at your disposal as well as binoculars to observe boats and birds.

- Dining area including an indoor table (2 extensions) and 4 chairs.
- Sleeping area with 2 beds of 90 (possibility of bringing them together) very good bedding
 
This studio is equipped with 4 beds grouped in the same large living room, therefore, ideal for a couple with or without children.

- Terrace (9m2) with garden furniture and relax, facing the sea.
- Closed private garage
 Beach equipment and fishing equipment are at your disposal.

Pets are allowed on prior request.

It should be noted that the public squares facing the residence are free.
