The farmhouse is in the heart of the Alto Maestrazgo, in a village of the XIII century that was the birthplace of Villafranca, with Romanesque church, fortified tower and Gothic bridge. It is on the border between the provinces of Castellón and Teruel. Located at the edge of the "Río de las Truchas" ravine, at an altitude of 100 meters, it is surrounded by mountains with holm oak and pine forests.
The farmhouse has been carefully restored with an interior of character. In this cozy interior have been preserved vaulted ceilings and wood, windows with their poyos or "festejadores" and some soils of aljez.
