Exclusive Penthouse Unit! The Residences at the Divi Links, American owned from New Jersey. Our penthouse is located steps away from Eagle Beach, the best beach on the island. This unique property encompasses both worlds of condominium living and resort living. Our penthouse unit is very spacious at 1600 Sq. feet of living space, elevator access, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 half baths, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and terraces from both the master bedroom and living room area. It also has a very expansive rooftop terrace with a private elevator. This is a non-smoking property. Thank You..

The most exciting feature in this penthouse is its amazing 'private' rooftop terrace which has a covered wet bar and kitchen combined with hot tub. This totally private rooftop commands spectacular views of the ocean and golf course. It is fully decorated with comfortable furniture to relax on while sun bathing and is equipped with a full dining area that can fit 6 people! You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset on the rooftop while enjoying a 50 smart TV from your 6person hot tub. The terrace also has a grill, full refrigerator, sink, ice maker,
Our property is also unique for it allows our guests to enjoy private condo living as well as all the privileges of a premiere resort. Guests have access to all of the hotel amenities if they so choose. These amenities include: pool bartender, laundry service, daily cleaning option, pool/beach chairs and towels, transportation around property and to and from casino. This gives you all the luxuries and safety of a big hotel with the feeling of complete privacy.

Our Divi Links penthouse is the newest property on the island of Aruba. It is surrounded by a beautiful 9 hole golf course, amazing landscaping and a gorgeous resort pool with a water slide and swim up bar. There are 3 other pools on the property as well. One caters to young children and another that is more private for couples. Beautiful Eagle beach is steps away. It is very large and not crowded at all like the high-rise hotel beaches. It has cool grass huts, lounge chairs, and a beach bar that overlooks the ocean.

Shopping for groceries is very easy. It is a 10 minute walk or you can take a complimentary golf taxi to the edge of the property. Downtown luxury shopping is also a very short drive away and includes stores such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Tommy Hilfiger. Also located on the property, is a business center, fitness facility, casino and kids area which makes this an all around enjoyable, relaxing family vacation! JOIN us!!

Much needed beach therapy

Just returned home after a wonderful time in Aruba. This condo unit was awesome! Just as described in the listing. Plenty of space for our group of 4 at the perfect location just across the street from the beach and walking distance to groceries. Plus a rooftop deck and hot tub? Yes please!! The condo is part of a resort (Divi Golf and Beach) so you have access to all the resort amenities including (I assume) their housekeeping team. Overall, the service at the resort was great but the unit was not quite as clean as I’d have liked upon arrival. Nothing gross or scary and NOTHING that would keep me from staying again. Just a couple small moldy spots in the master shower and a little bit of dust here and there. Nothing major. We could have asked housekeeping to come during our stay but it really wasn’t worth taking their time up for. The hosts (Brett and Kelly) were super responsive to all my questions and the departure list very reasonable. I’ve stayed at others Vrbos with extensive lists of items that need to be taken care of before you leave which can make that last day a bit stressful but this was easy peasy! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The private roofdeck was the best feature. The views were amazing and you can see the cruise ships downtown. We watched the sunset while grilling dinner. The staff at the Divi Golf are some of the friendliest people in Aruba and there is no shortage of amenities from the multiple pools, restaurants, and golf. Erwin at the main lobby is anwesome and was always there for us to get us a taxi to dinner in Palm Beach or Oranjastad. The beach is a short walk across the street and is our favorite beach in Aruba. The water is crystal clear and it’s never crowded. Brett, our host, checked in on us and was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely book again! You will LOVE it!

Relaxing

This condo is fantastic for the family who wants everything. We were two couples with an enfant. As in all the comments the roof deck is something very special. We had a beautiful sunset dinner with extended family on the roof top. One thing to mention the roof top is not accessible from the unit. To access you take the main elevator to the top floor where you have private full access to the area. Luckily we brought a video monitor for the baby that was able to work for us on the roof top while he slept one floor down. We took full use of the many activities available at the complex such as: pools, pickleball and golf. Very handy to have golf clubs as well as the cooler for the beach provided. From the condo the walk to the beach and restaurants is very easy. The complimentary tram is always around to take you anywhere within Divi limits. We definity will be renting this condo again. Thanks

Fun in the sun

Had the best time. As previous time share owners of this resort we have been here multiple times. Great atmosphere great staff great location. This year we didn’t have enough points so I went through vrbo and stayed at this penthouse location favorite part was winding down each night on the spacious balcony each night with a good book. Host was very attentive and accommodating and checked in frequently can’t say enough great things about this visit will definitely be back next year !!!

My wife and I have been vacationing in Aruba since 1985. We have stayed in many different types of hotels and time shares across the island but fell in love with The Residences at the Divi Links property. A year ago we decided it was time to buy our own place in this paradise. We chose this condo penthouse property over other condo facilities because it was the only one that offered both privacy and hotel like service. The other condo facilities on the island were very dark and almost too quiet. I wanted to be able to pick up the phone or go to a front desk if I needed too but still have my privacy. This gave us the best of both worlds. We hope you will enjoy our slice of paradise. The people are wonderful and the weather is always perfect. It is hot but always with a slight breeze so you never feel overheated! My wife and I can give you numerous list of places to eat and things to do! Have fun and enjoy. Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

My wife and I chose this location to call home because it has access to the best beach on the island. The island of Aruba is very small (only 19 miles long). There were basically 3 locations on the island to consider when we were looking to buy a home. The high rise area which has all the major hotels and has become extremely crowded (tough to get space on the beach). The downtown area which is where all the ships come into port and is truly a 'shopping area'. The 3rd location is considered the 'lowrise' area. We fell in love with this area and chose to call this home because this part of the island has the best beach, is quiet yet has good access to casinos, restaurants and activities. There is no fighting for a seat on the beach and in our opinion truly captures the heart and soul of 'Aruba'.
